    Scope of application: pickled vegetables, canned vegetables, canned grains, canned nuts and seeds, preserved sweet potatoes, jams, compound seasonings, pickled edible fungi and algae.

    Maximum dosage: Pickled vegetables (sauerkraut, mustard, radish, kohlrabi, bamboo shoots, peppers and other pickled products)): 1.0g/kg;

                                  Canned vegetables, canned grains, canned nuts and seeds, preserved sweet potatoes, pickled edible fungi and algae: 0.8g/kg;

     Jam, compound seasoning: 0.3g/kg

     (The optimal dosage should be determined through experiments based on raw materials, process level, production environment, season and other conditions)

    Instructions for use: Dissolve with a small amount of water or mix with other food accessories into the raw materials, stir evenly.
