Sales Manager
Treatment: basic salary + commission + annual reward
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for market development, customer development and maintenance in the region;
2. Responsible for product market analysis, formulate regional sales plans, and implement company sales policies and strategies;
3. Give feedback on regional market and product information, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner according to market changes to promote sales performance.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above. Food, biology and other related majors are preferred;
2. Age 22~35 years old, more than 2 years experience in dealer development or end customer sales;
3. Have strong sales awareness, quick thinking and strong communication skills;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit; work proactively and be able to adapt to business trips.

Application Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the application research and promotion of food additives, and provide solutions for customers;
2. Responsible for customer's technical application consultation, and guide and train customers to use the company's products reasonably;
3. Provide customer feedback on product use and assist R&D personnel to complete product improvement research;
4. Cooperate with sales staff to provide good customer service and complete the annual sales plan.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in food and related fields;
2. Under the age of 50, with more than 5 years of work experience in food production and research and development. Familiar with the production technology and application technology of pickled vegetables, meat products or baked food;
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, good language skills and interpersonal communication skills.
